The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the Goods retain their original appearance and consumer properties.
In case of return of Goods of proper quality, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Buyer. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.
In the event defects are identified in the Goods arising from the fault of the Seller, delivery costs shall be borne by the Seller.
Refunds shall be made to the Buyer’s bank account within 10 business days from the date the returned Goods are received by the Seller, unless a different period is established by applicable law.
Goods manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual order are not subject to return or exchange in the absence of defects.
After the layout (proof) has been approved by the Buyer, claims regarding the content of the layout (including spelling, positioning of elements, and composition) shall not be accepted.
In the event defects are identified in individually manufactured Goods arising from the fault of the Seller, the Seller shall have the right, at its discretion, to provide a proportionate reduction in price.
Minor deviations in color, scale, or positioning of elements caused by the characteristics of printing equipment and materials shall not be considered defects.
The Data Controller is the respective Seller with whom the contract is concluded in accordance with the section “Application of the Offer Depending on Region”.
The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, including:
– first and last name
– delivery address
– phone number
– email address
– information specified in the order
Personal data is used exclusively for:
– processing and fulfillment of orders
– delivery of Goods
– informing the Buyer about order status
– compliance with legal requirements
Marketing communications are sent only with the Buyer’s consent.
Personal data may be transferred to third parties solely for the purpose of contract performance, including payment service providers, banks, and delivery services.
Payment information is processed by payment systems and banks. The Seller does not store the Buyer’s bank card details.
Personal data is stored for the duration of the contract and for the period required by applicable laws for accounting and tax record retention.
By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer gives consent to the processing of personal data under the terms set forth in this Offer.
The Seller shall have the right to refuse performance of the contract prior to the transfer of the Goods to the Buyer in the event of:
– identification of a technical error on the Website;
– absence of the Goods in stock;
– impossibility of performance due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control;
– violation by the Buyer of the terms of this Offer.
The Parties shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of their obligations under the Contract if such non-performance results from force majeure circumstances arising after the conclusion of the Contract and beyond the reasonable control of the Parties.
Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: actions of governmental authorities, changes in legislation, sanctions restrictions, disruptions in payment systems, restrictions on international transfers, breakdowns in logistics chains, natural disasters, and other extraordinary and unavoidable events.
The time for performance of obligations shall be extended for the duration of such circumstances.
If the purchase is made through Russian payment services (including Robokassa, ЮMoney) or by transfer to a bank account in a Russian bank, the contract is concluded with:
