Terrain from Star Wars:The Force Awakens?

We found this photos in Internet, it is interesting, does somebody use real miniatures for movies or everything is 3D now?
Anyway, it is pretty piece of terrain,  and it was made in a couple of weeks (if it copies scene from movie). Great Work!
