Lords of the Black Crusade

Astrologists have declared the week of CSM! Since the new book Traitor's hate has been released, we decided to dedicate some upcoming blogs to the most vicious enemies of the Imperium of Men. For now, just get to know the main characters of 13th Black Crusade closer, using this info compilation from WarhammerWikia. Also, have a look at the great miniatures and conversions. Since Abaddon's and Kharn's miniatures are quite old (New Kharn's already been released). players prefer to change these models greatly.

Abaddon the Despoiler. Abaddon the Arch-fiend. An inhuman monster whose name has become a ten-fold curse for the ten thousand years of terror he has heaped upon the galaxy he once helped to conquer in the name of the Emperor.

After the defeat of the traitor Horus, Abaddon fled to the Eye of Terror, only returning at the head of a vast, diabolical horde that ravaged entire star systems.

Since that day, Abaddon has led twelve more Black Crusades against the Imperium and each attack has been more destructive than the last. It is only a matter of time before he returns to claim the one true prize - Terra.

Kill! Maim! Burn!

This is Khârn the Betrayer’s mantra, and it has become infamous across the Imperium as a harbinger of carnage to follow. Khârn embodies the eightfold path of Khorne; friend and foe alike are left broken, twitching and torn apart in his wake.

As he sprints into battle, his bellowed war cries boom from the vox-grill of his helm, striking terror into the hearts of even the bravest. His plasma pistol spits bolts of destruction almost indiscriminately into his enemies as he closes in, as his screaming chainaxe Gorechild rips apart any survivors with utterly inhuman speed.

Even before his last victim has hit the bloodied ground, Khârn has charged off in search of more blood for the Blood God.

Warpsmiths are the masters of the machine. Most can trace their origins back to the priesthood of Mars, whether through the schisms of the Magi or the rigid doctrine of the Techmarines. However, where the Adeptus Mechanics regard technology as sacrosanct, the Warpsmiths seek to subjugate and control it.

Sorcerers of Chaos shape the destiny of the galaxy with forbidden rituals and unspeakable pacts. They channel the soul-blasting energies of the Warp into potent hexes and blasts of flame, and they mould the material universe with little more than a hate-filled curse.

Chaos Lords are the most powerful of the Chaos Space Marines. With the genetic advantages of a Space Marine and the blessings of the Dark Gods there are few more dangerous entities in the galaxy.
